"A very well appointed inn, scenically based on the edge of the haven, run by a charming family of four who could not be more friendly or helpful. The breakfast is superb and the evening menu varied. The only slight negative (of which nothing can be done) were some squeaky floorboards but, otherwise, the bedroom was comfortable and clean. It says a lot about the Broadmead that everything was great except for a couple of silly floorboards."

We were greeted by Beth who made us feel very welcome.= and showed us around before giving us our room key. The room was clean and comfortable. "It was a surprise trip for hubby. As we pulled up to the gates, he let out a huge WOW, I did too.
The lady that greeted us and showed us around was lovely.
Our room, the Nest, was beautiful as was the rest of the castle.
We enjoyed a fabulous breakfast and met other members of staff, they were lovely.
It was like being in a fairy tale.

Ever so slight improvement touches to bring it up to ultimate standard; bigger TV in lounge (could easily accommodate a 50”) and, because of the configuration of the bedroom, the only location for a TV would be in the bed footer (and they are available).
If dining at the Twr y Felin maybe a transport service could be offered. It would not need to be permanent but that would make for a first class service."

"Cute little studio apartment / stone cottage in the countryside, but only 20 mins from Pembroke Refinery (where my work was). Never saw another person there, but everything worked out well. Only complain would be that the door between bathroom and room proper was on the way to rotting at the bottom corner towards the shower; and water easily penetrated to the room proper. I laid down a towel at the foot of the door to stop the water, and it came away discoloured from wood rot. Other than that, no complaint; nice and quiet - I'll book there again. "
