"The experience at this hotel was terrible. In the middle of the night, someone was kicking the doors and screaming, and there were police at the doors. The assistant was virtual, there was no staff member available to do the check-in. The only person I actually saw had a friendly smile, but I never saw them again. And maybe they had too many responsibilities. They were doing renovations. The room they gave me was facing the floor renovation area. I found a cockroach in the bathroom. It was the...

"The room was dirty and they was holes in the wall and they was a leak in the bathroom! The outside and inside was not clean at all! Staff was ok but it was a good location for food and I didn’t eat no breakfast"

"The pillows were the only thing that were uncomfortable. They were very hard. Otherwise everything else was good. There were pillows and towels outside of other rooms. It wasn’t pleasing to see. We saw them outside the same rooms at least two days straight. The elevator was a little scary. It made weird noises and when it came to a stop you felt as if you were going to free fall down. I still recommend to stay here."
