"I stayed at another hotel when I attended a workshop last year with a grimy, old room and neglected pool area. The sounds of the guest next door kept me awake most of the night.
I decided to try the Courtyard even though it had less amenities. I am so glad!
My room was clean and quiet. I was only disturbed once by another guest knocking on our door accidentally.
While this hotel did not have the same amenities, it did not matter! I did not need to eat/drink here because there are so many...

"As s0on as we walked in the room, there was, what looked like, a urine stain on the floor. There was light showing between the closed and frame, the bolt lock was a little hinky, you had to play with it. "

"Skønt hotel kun to minutters gang fra undergrundsbanen og herfra 15-20 min. til centrum. Vi havde lejet et dejlig suite med to queensize senge samt ekstra værelse med køkken. Morgenmadsbuffetten var super...og der var desuden lette aftenmåltider tirs-tors inkl. i prisen. Det var et fint måltid med tilhørende salat mv. som man sagtens kunne blive mæt af. Så vi sparede penge på selv at skulle ud og købe aftensmad. Et hotel vi helt klart vil bo på når vi engang skal til Washington igen"

The owners are so warm and welcoming, and Christine, the Inn Keeper, is not only a gracious host but also a great cook—breakfast each morning was a real treat. The house is located in a lovely neighborhood, and just a short walk to Dupont Circle station, which made it easy to get around without needing a ride service. I’m so grateful we returned after all these...

"We booked this hotel after our flight was cancelled and our luggage was lost. At check in I asked for a tooth brush and briefly explained to the very very sweet woman checking us in about our day. Not only did she give me a tooth brush, she upgraded us to a room with a washer & dryer so I could wash the only clothes I had. The room was wonderful, the bed was comfortable "

"I would stay again. Their rental spaces are clean, smell great and provide everything you need for a long stay in DC. I really liked the staff and all the amenities provided. There was a washer and dryer, a full kitchen and an extra bed. I was able to walk to everything thing I wanted to see such as the capital building and the natural history museum. They dont provide parking so you will pay extra to park nearby. Saving this location for future trips!"

"I had a nice stay, the hotel was quiet and clean and offered a comfortable bed. Upon arrival their systems were down so they couldn't process check-ins. However, they were courteous and informative so the 30 minutes delay did not bother me."
