"Cute kitschy beach house. Very convenient location to the beach. Overall, met our needs with our two littles - loved all the books and vintage decor in the house (including children’s books and stuffies)! Two points to note would be 1) the driveway is indeed very steep and 2) the dining table over carpet and rolling chairs were not great for feeding kids 3 and under."

"This is a beautiful home which is well equipped to host a large family. The kitchen is really well stocked with kitchenware for whatever you choose to cook. A walk out the back brings you right to the beach. We loved our stay!"

"Small and Quarky property. Perfect for A Bestie's Trip. Back yard and home were cute. My only real concern with this property is the "Door lock" on the Deck room....A light kick would defeat that pin lock easily as the handle lock is Toasted. Please consider changing that for safety reasons. Would Recommend "

"We had a wonderful stay here! The cottage is comfortable and cozy with a nicely redone kitchen and bathroom. The location is amazing: close to stores and restaurants in Yachats and right on the 804 trail. Cape Perpetua is only a very short drive away. And, as the pictures show, the views are outstanding! We hope to stay here again!"

"Location is great, not just on the beach but also located in central Oregon. It’s convenient for our wanderings. Not crowded like the northern coast The house is well stocked with all the cooking utensils needed in an area loaded with fresh fish and crabOne of the best coastal homes we’ve have rented "

"2nd time staying here. First time just my wife and two goldens in December. This time, the two of us, the 2 goldens, sister in law, daughter and 4 year old grand daughter. The house was perfect both times, during two very different seasons on the coast. Easy walk to beach. House was very clean, and easy to hang out, prepare meals, and visit. Fenced yard a big plus"

"The dogs and kids had a blast! It was so nice to be right on the beach. Very quiet area and communication was great!"

"This property was very clean, located just a couple of minutes from the main downtown. It was quiet with the sounds of the ocean to lull us to sleep. We had everything we needed. Check-in was easy, as was check-out. Would stay here again. We loved Yachats. "

"This is our 4th or 5th stay. We stay here because it is clean, cozy and our dogs know it as theirs. When we are on the beach and say, “go home” -they know where to go! (There’s a little bit of cobwebs happening this visit- not enough to quibble about.) There weren’t any residents in them! The ease of access to the beach allows my wife the ability to enjoy it. My mother in law loves it too! 2 Adirondack chairs on the lawn for the sunset show is the only thing this place is missing! We will be...
