"Took over 90 minutes to figure out how to get into the place. Lousy instructions about the lock box and no responses from the owner/manager for more details by messages or phone. No hints given where or how to park; if you go there, on the side of the buildings on the street it says to download an app of how to locate paid parking in Auckland which worked very well, but not a hint from the owner about doing that. Just allow the app to use location once and it will figure it all out and tell you...

"This property is pictures and actual condition is quite opposite. Toilets are stained and every where there are cockroaches and spider webs. we had reservation for 4 nights and we could not stay in the property for few minutes also. we reached out to the property management and we got no responses and I had to find a hotel in mid night as I came into the city late.
