Absolutely stunning property to vacation at for our family! Spacious condo and breathtaking views from the balcony. The managing company is very easy to contact and so helpful and accommodating. Jenny, in particular, was a gem! This is going to be our regular spot any time we come to big island!

This was a wonderful place to stay. This is a full condo with excellent amenities and the ability to cook/dining out in Hawaii is very expensive. It was walking distance to the Mauna Lani resort It also had its own private beach club.

We loved our stay in Wikoloa. We came mid December so the weather was a little cooler than normal, with a little breeze, it made it very comfortable. We will definitely back.

The property was beautiful and the condo was well kept and clean. The pool was seriously a minute walk from the condo. The private beach club access was wonderful and super close. The beach was safe with lifeguards on duty. Also there was a restaurant to order food and restrooms close at hand. The front office was extremely helpful in answering any and all questions that came up and with such a great spirit. We would stay there again!

This property was exactly as described and pictured. It was spacious, clean and quiet. The inclusion of a pass to the Mauna Lani Beach Club is very nice to have as it gives you free access to the gated parking lot, and to the cabanas and beach loungers (first come, first served). Snorkelling was also pretty good at this beach.

This place is 15-20 minutes up the hill from any beach. Do not let that stop you from staying here. Worth the drive. The condo is on hole 3 of the golf course. Great views. The pool is 100ft away. Everything is clean and well stocked. The communication with the management company was exceptional. Check in and out was easy.

Great property! Condos very nice able to fit family of 4 all adults comfortably. Showers could have been cleaner (detailed). Caulking around master toilet coming off and dirty. But beds and carpet and couches felt clean. Fee dirty dishes but washed them as we used them the first time. Great grocery store and coffee shop with in walking. Also 1 beaches in walking distance and 2 others 15-30 away. Will stay again.

The photo of the Kohala Coast Vacation Rental by OUTRIGGER is not the property we were assigned to. Perhaps it was an oversight on my part; however, the photo should depict the actual property as it appears when booked. The one we stayed at was outdated, dark, and the kitchen was cluttered with random items. The chairs were all threadbare and thin. On the outside chairs, you could feel the metal frame. The kitchen chairs were too low for the table, making it uncomfortable to eat at the table without sitting on a pillow. It was not luxurious at all, and I feel that we were charged way too much money for a substandard VRBO. A hotel room would have been nicer. The beds were comfortable. Overall we were very disappointed in this place.

A surprise cleaning fee upon arrival is about the most absurd thing I have ever heard of. No warning of it from Expedia or the property till the day we show up and are trying to check in. The property was overpriced to begin with and outrageous with the additional fee. The place was quite dated and I would call it dirty. Garbage disposal didn’t work and sink in kitchen backed up when water was used, which made it stink. Carpet must have been 10-15 years old. Bathrooms were again dated and appeared dingy. This place is a tad nicer than a 2 star motel.

I wish someone would have written a review like this before we stayed at this unit. The area and the complex are fantastic. It was a great hub for day trips to all parts of the island. The complex pool, proximity to the beach, and the great little grocery store were all fantastic. If you can choose another unit within this complex I would highly suggest that. There is such potential for this unit as it backs to a lovely open space, but it is really clear the the owners do not care about the comfort and convenience of the guests. All of the furniture is old and outdated and very sparse. I think my husband's college house kitchen was better equipped than this kitchen. Nothing matched and it seemed like it was supplied with the leftover items of the last day of a garage sale. I say this as the owner of a short-term rental where we have invested a lot time, effort, and money in the comfort and convenience of our guests. I have to say the interior of this unit was a massive disappointment. When booking chose a unit in this complex where the owners actually care about the guests. The property managers were great and we had no issues - the unit was clean and the property manager/cleaners did the best they could with what the owners offered.

Beautiful grounds, waking distance to Beach, grocery store, restaurants and shops. The elevator made loading and unloading very easy. The pools are heated, we even swam in the rain. Very spacious condos with everything you need.
