Hilton Pool Pass: Valid for stays now through December 31, 2026. Maximum 6 persons per pass (children under the age of 5 are not counted towards the 6 person max). Use of the Hilton Waikoloa Pass is valid from 4pm on your arrival date and 11am on your departure date. The pass and instructional letter will be in your vacation rental upon arrival. Free Self-Parking for one vehicle at the Hilton Waikoloa Hotel. Access to all pools, waterslides and hot tubs at the premises of the Hilton Waikoloa Hotel. Includes pool towel service. No blackout dates or restricted use, Fitness Center use from 9am-5pm for $20.00 per day, per person (regular rate is $25.00). Locker rental at the Kona pool for $10.00 per day, per locker. We do not have the ability to add additional people to the pass. Users must be registered guests of ResorticaHawaii.com. There are no exceptions to this policy and if policy is breached, the pass can be revoked. Passes cannot be sold or purchased, they are an inclusion in your stay at participating ResorticHawaii.com vacation rental properties. If pass is lost or damaged, there is a $250.00 replacement fee.  Terms and fees are subject to change.

Amenities:
Beach Equipment: All of our vacation rentals include beach towels for the maximum occupancy, four beach chairs, two boogie boards, one beach umbrella and one small portable cooler.
Non-Smoking: All of our vacation rentals are Non Smoking. Many of the gated condo complexes are completely smoke free (including e cigarettes) within the entire gated complex.
Hair Dryer: There are hairdryers in each bathroom.
Baby Equipment: Due to safety/sanitation/liability we do not provide baby equipment. Please refer to our Concierge Service page on for local company that rents, delivers and picks up baby equipment.
No Pets: All of our vacation rentals are pet free.
Parking: Parking for one car in the garage. Maximum two cars allowed. Second car must be parked in any unmarked or guest spot on a first come first serve basis Must have parking pass on dashboard throughout your stay. Parking Passes provided upon arrival. Oversized or commercial vehicles are not allowed.
Swimming Pool: Yes onsite at Halii Kai
Hot Tub: Yes onsite at Halii Kai
Fitness Room: Yes, fitness room onsite.
Tennis Court: Tennis Court onsite on a first come, first serve basis
Air Conditioning: Yes, central air conditioning throughout.

Washer and Dryer: All of our vacation rentals have a washer and dryer in the unit.

Halii Kai 10G is located in Building 10 at Halii Kai. .  This condo has stairs leading to the front entrance/main living level.  This vacation home is a perfect place for a relaxing vacation!

Halii Kai is a gated condominium community in the Waikoloa Beach Resort on the Kohala Coast of the Big Island of Hawaii. The Waikoloa Queens Marketplace Shops, Island Gourmet Market and Kings Shops are a half mile away and are great for shopping and excellent dining. Anaehoomalu Bay Beach is a few minutes’ drive from Halii Kai.

All of our vacation rentals include a basic “start-up supply” of: laundry detergent, garbage bags, kitchen sponge, liquid soap, dishwasher liquid, paper towels, toilet paper, conditioning shampoo, small bar soap, all-purpose cleaner, salt/pepper plastic wrap and aluminum foil . Cooking oils, condiments, spices, food storage bags are not provided. Once the startup supply runs out, guests can restock at nearby grocery stores.

This location is amazing. The best views of A-Bay and whale watching from both lanai's. It was nice to have a fully furnished home to stay in. Everything was very clean and comfortable. Communication was excellent from the property management group ResorticaHawaii even before we checked in. The consistent check-ins to ensure our visit provided everything we needed was appreciated.

Very responsive hosts. The unit is nice and well equipped, and Is walking distance to the complex pool/fitness center/club. Be aware that the complex club does not allow any outside food or drinks (they made us put away our water bottles) but the staff at the club were generally very attentive. The access to the Hilton pools was nice perk as well.

Beautiful home and a very special stay for our family. The location was perfect as we laid my husband to rest. It was a perfect place to spend time with family at the beach and enjoy great dinners at the nearby shops. The property was extremely clean, spacious and immaculate. A peaceful memorable experience. Highly recommended.

This location was fantastic! The rental was clean, spacious for a family of four with two teen girls. Stayed here over Christmas. Beds were very comfortable and it was well stocked. Views from the balconies were great. The resort pool is small but nice and not very busy. The restaurant at the resort was our favorite on the whole island, not only for the price but the quality and you got pretty big portions! Ended up coming here a lot over the 8 days, lunch and/or dinner , the food was awesome! Fish tacos, seafood platter, salads, whatever you ordered was great and they had a good selection even for the picky teens. Having the Hilton pool pass was amazing too. The pools were great but the big attraction to us was the lagoon. We snorkeled there at least 4 days. Tons of fish, sea turtles, stingrays and really calm water. We would highly recommend staying here. This whole area is very nice!

Excellent vacation property

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful condo in Hawaii. The highlight was undoubtedly the breathtaking view—we were lucky enough to see whales frolicking along the shoreline throughout our entire stay, sometimes even right from our deck in the mornings.The condo itself had everything we needed, especially in the kitchen, which was extremely well-appointed for those who love to cook. The property’s community pool, situated right on the ocean, was stunning, and the adjacent restaurant was both convenient and delicious. The pool and restaurant staff were fantastic—friendly, attentive, and welcoming. We also had great communication from Resortica, making access to the condo seamless.The workout center, also located right on the ocean, was small but well-equipped, offering incredible views that made for an enjoyable workout. The condo was conveniently located near Queen’s Marketplace and King’s Shops, making it easy to grab essentials or enjoy some shopping and dining.Island living is expensive, so we highly recommend stopping at Costco or Walmart on your way in to stock up on groceries.Our only real disappointment was the woman at check-in for the card keys, was quite unfriendly and made us feel like an inconvenience. Thankfully, that was the only negative interaction we had, as everyone else was wonderful.Overall, this condo is a fantastic choice for families or anyone looking for a relaxing, scenic getaway.

This condo has plenty of room for three couples in a perfect location. Loved watching the whales and the sunset from the lanai. Condo was adequately stocked for cooking, had boogie boards, beach chairs, snorkel gear, cooler, bicycles, beach toys for us to use. Love the complex amenities- pool, tennis/pickle ball court, restaurant. Close to shopping and the best beaches on the Kohala coast. We can’t wait to come back.

Spotless condo with fabulous view

We loved 10G. The 3 bedroom condo was spacious, spotlessly clean and had beautiful views of the ocean. We liked watching the golfers on Hole 6 Beach course right in front of us, too. We used the Hilton pool pass which had a fun water slide and also enjoyed the beach chairs and umbrellas provided by the condo owners. The beds were really comfortable and the stay was relaxing. Only negative was the pool restaurant at Halii Kai was closed our entire stay due to emergency problem. It would’ve been nice to have a dining option onsite. Overall we would highly recommend!

Excellent Property & Location

Love Hali'i Kai, and have stayed in several different units - this is by far one of our favorites! Had a great stay. Very clean, well appointed condo with plenty of space. Loved sitting on the balcony each morning with the ocean views and watching all the whale activity.

Perfect Stay

We loved the condo and its location within the Waikoloa resort. The condo has views of the ocean across the golf fairway. We saw multiple whale spouts from our lanai. We also love the pool, restaurant, workout area and tennis/pickle court - used them all everyday! The condo itself was spotless and well decorated. We will stay here again for sure!

Great unit!

This is our third time staying at these condos, we love the location and clubhouse amenities. This unit was prefect for my family and mom. Great bonus to have the Hilton pool pass for our 5 year old. Garage is also nicely stocked with beach chairs, and the property management company were quick to respond to any questions.

Family Trip

We have stayed at Halii Kai resort several times, and this has been our favorite unit. We loved the ocean view from the living area and balconies. This unit provided plenty of gathering spaces for our group and provided each couple with a bedroom and bathroom. We always appreciate the onsite restaurant and beautiful pool, too.

Amazing place

We loved staying here! The place was very well appointed and is in such a lovely location. We had breakfast on the lanai and enjoyed the ocean views. We also made use of the pool pass as well as the pool and hot tub within the grounds. It was great for the family. Highly recommend.

Amazing Ocean View Property

As some of the other reviewers mentioned, this unit was even nicer in person. The condo was in excellent condition and very comfortable/well stocked. We were celebrating my 50th birthday so I wanted to stay some place near the ocean where we could fully relax and feel pampered. The views were awesome from the lanai and we could even see spouting whales/dolphins in the distance. There were beach umbrellas, chairs, cooler and boogie boards that were perfect for our day at Hapuna Beach. The nearby Ocean Club with pool, open air gym and restauarant/bar was within walking distance and perfect for a sunset dip or morning yoga session, plus access to the Hilton pools was a bonus. The entire community is gated and feels like a well maintained and upscale country/golf club. We would definitely come back and stay here again!

Magnificent property

The photos of the property were great and the actual property was nicer than the photos. The location was perfect for sunsets every evening and it was a short walk to the pool and beach club. The property had plenty of recreational supplies and a well-equipped kitchen. We will definitely consider staying here again in the future.

High quality in every way

From the outside, the block of condos in Hali'i Kai all look nice but have little personality. Yet when you enter 10G you immediately feel the attention paid to every little detail. All the furniture and art is unique and of very high quality. The kitchen is stocked with quality pots and pans and accessories and there is a very nice grill on the lower deck. Also, the ocean view is stunning from 10G, and we were all very satisfied by the beds and linens. Terrific place!
