Centrally located in Waikoloa Village, this fresh and modern condo is the perfect place to put down your roots on your next trip to the Hawaiian Islands. From your stay, enjoy easy access to the Waikoloa Village Association amenities (a pickle ball court, a pool, a hot tub, and a tennis court), as well as nearby golfing, and the Waikoloa shopping area. A day trip to the beach is easily obtainable, but rest assured that your views will be dazzling no matter where you are!

Inside your stay, appreciate immaculate living quarters and stellar amenities. The main living room is adorned with ample seating and a large TV. From here, you can walk out onto the private lanai where wild turkeys roam and the breeze is always a perfect relief. The adjacent full kitchen is ready to host your culinary skills, utilize the ample meal prep space before serving your creations at the breakfast bar or the dining table.

Both of the bedrooms are bright and lovely. The fun color palette and soft bedding will leave you smiling. Wake up and waltz out into the sunshine from another outdoor access point in one of the two rooms. Additional interior perks include; pool gear and a private washer/dryer.

End your evenings on the lanai, barbecuing something delicious on the provided grill, surrounded by beautiful Hawaiian blooms.

Host responded quickly but was not always timely in the delivery. Ex. Fridge not cooling when we got there. I had to follow up a few times to make sure they checked it.

We enjoyed our stay! Everything was very clean, great communication, and good location. Especially enjoyed the hot tub each night, after an enjoyable day on the beach. It was nice to be close to all the pretty beaches on that part of the island!

Loved the space and the backyard view! Beds were comfortable, kitchen had everything we needed. Even beach chairs, snorkel gear and boogie boards in outside shed. Proximity to The Fairmont hotel is what we needed, only a 15-20 min drive. Only things to improve were carpeting and to add another air conditioning unit in second bedroom and possible freestanding u it in main living space.

Wonderful Stay!

We loved the condo. It is very private, backing to open space where we saw wild goats, turkeys and a variety of birds daily. All of the neighbors are quiet, no music, just the sound of the birds and goats bleating. The kitchen is well stocked and there is a grill on the patio (private, not shared.) There is a locker on the patio with beach chairs, a cooler, boogie boards, sand toys, etc. We didn’t use the pool but observed many families swimming and splashing about. There is a local grocery store that you can walk to and the prices are the same and sometimes lower than Safeway. Stasha, the local property manager, checked in with us and answered any questions we had quickly - she is amazing! We found a fantastic Italian restaurant (also within walking distance) Pugel’s Osteria. We definitely needed a car to drive to the beaches, volcano, etc. but you can walk around the neighborhood. We had such a nice experience!Thank you for sharing your condo with us!

HI Big Island stay

One of the cleanest property that we have likely stayed in. Liked location close enough to sites we want to see but not in beach complexes. In master ensuite shower one of the best on the island.Air conditioning only in master bedroom rear bedroom heats up quickly in the morning.Property management were very good with a few issues that we had, responded re no blender, supplied new one within a few hours of call, door lock issue resolved over phone

Nice and quiet

Great location and very quiet! Loved the turkeys, goats,etc. Vacasa was very good about taking care of issues. Furnishing were very nice, the beds slept well. Kitchen was pretty well equipped. Pool are was very nice and well kept Once most of the kinks were addressed all was better. Carpet could definitely use a good cleaning. Would stay here again

Surprised By How Perfect This Condo Is

This is a real find. The lanai opens up on a tranquil view of the mountains and the air is filled with birdsongs. During my stay, I sat on the lanai for hours and never heard a human voice. The condo was spotless and the kitchen well stocked. The bed was very comfortable. When I arrived I could not find an umbrella or chair and when I communicated with the management they answered immediately. Very very nice spot.

Peaceful!

This was a very nice stay - condo was exceptionally clean, had everything we needed, and it's in a great location! The management company was easy to get in n touch with, but we didn't need anything during our stay. The breeze s kept the unit cool, and there were comfortable blankets if needed. Nice and close to beaches for a great day out, and a great himebase for days spent hiking. 10/10, we'd certainly stay here again!

Waikoloa Village - mountain side

The property was just what we needed and wanted in a place. Calm, clean, SUPER comfy beds, a kitchen sizeable enough for us to cook most meals at home and the pool/hot tub was the icing on the cake. The only thing we needed that wasnt there was a cheese grater and a tea ball. We bought the latter and left it for other guests, but couldnt find a cheese grater at the local KTA. The location was great and we so appreciated the beach toys, chairs and towels - as well as the sizable insulated cooler! Thanks so much and we hope to return soon. I didn't know we were supposed to "check-out" until long after we were sitting at the airport, but we left well before the checkout time. Love the turkeys!

Good and not so good

This is a reasonably nice unit. But there are some issues. The complex does not have ANY overnight guest parking. You get one space assigned. If you have a need for additional parking, you will probably have to park across the street at the shopping center. The dining table only has 3 chairs. Probably not a big issue if you are going to eat on the lanai. Speaking of which, the unit has an eastern exposure which is prone to get the trade winds and can be unusable when the trades are howling. The beds are great. The dishwasher has many missing prongs so it is difficult to fill it in the usual manner as the plates are not supported evenly. When we arrived, the master tub was very dirty. Took two subsequent cleanings to get it back to normal. There is no central AC which could be an issue in the warmer months. The unit does back up to natural open space. The turkeys, goats and burros are entertaining. The non stick cookware was in very bad shape. In general, an OK unit. We were there for 2 months so some of these issues might not be a concern for a shorter stay. Management was very responsive to any issues.
