Amenities:
Beach Equipment: All of our vacation rentals include beach towels for the maximum occupancy, four beach chairs, two boogie boards, one beach umbrella and one small portable cooler.
Non-Smoking: All of our vacation rentals are Non Smoking. Many of the gated condo complexes are completely smoke free (including e cigarettes) within the entire gated complex.
Hair Dryer: There are hairdryers in each bathroom.
Baby Equipment: Due to safety/sanitation/liability we do not provide baby equipment. Please refer to our Concierge Service page on for local company that rents, delivers and picks up baby equipment.
No Pets: All of our vacation rentals are pet free.
Parking: Parking for one car in the garage. Maximum two cars allowed. Must have parking pass on dashboard throughout your stay. Parking Passes provided upon arrival. Oversized or commercial vehicles are not allowed.
Swimming Pool: Two community swimming pools.
Hot Tub: Two community hot tubs.
Fitness Room: Yes, fitness room onsite.
Air Conditioning: Yes, central air conditioning throughout.
BBQ: Community Gas BBQ Grill at both swimming pools
Washer and Dryer: All of our vacation rentals have a washer and dryer in the unit.
Cable TV: Basic Cable. TV located in Living Room, Master Bedroom and Guest Bedroom
WIFI: WIFI included.
Linens: All bed, bath linens and beach towels provided.
Kitchen: Cookware, Drinkware, Utensils, Dishware, Drip Style Coffee Maker, Blender, Rice Cooker.

Waikoloa Beach Villas I22 is located on the second floor of the I Building. There is elevator and/or stair access to the second floor. Offering views of the golf course, open concept living and stunning decor. This vacation home is a perfect place for a relaxing vacation!

The Waikoloa Beach Villas are a gated condominium community in the heart of the Waikoloa Beach Resort on the Kohala Coast of the Big Island of Hawaii. Centrally located across from the Waikoloa Queens Marketplace, Island Gourmet Market and Kings Shops for great shopping and excellent dining. Anaehoomalu Bay Beach is a short 15 minute walk or a few minutes’ drive from the Waikoloa Beach Villas.

All of our vacation rentals include a basic “start-up supply” of: laundry detergent, garbage bags, kitchen sponge, liquid soap, dishwasher liquid, paper towels, toilet paper, conditioning shampoo, small bar soap, all-purpose cleaner and salt/pepper. Cooking oils, condiments, spices, food storage bags, plastic wrap and aluminum foil are not provided. Once the startup supply runs out, guests can restock at nearby grocery stores.

Wonderful villa and beautiful property. Everything you need for the pool or beach was included. Loved having breakfast on the lanai viewing the golf course. Walking distance to the market. Great location for day trips to Kona or to Volcano National Park. Highly recommend!

great place

We loved staying at this condo. We really enjoyed the peace and quiet! The pool was never crowded. The view of the gold course and greenery outside the lanai was so refreshing. Highly recommend this condo!

This condo exceeded our expectations. It was well-stocked with everything needed for a wonderful and relaxing stay. It is located within walking distance of restaurants, shops, and A-bay. We can’t wait to return and would definitely stay in this condo again!

Great overall experience. Unfortunately the 2nd floor location had a noisy 3rd floor tenant. We heard overhead noise from 7am to 10 pm walking over us. Comes with condo living.

Check in check out was easy. Condo was beautifully appointed, the kitchen had everything we needed. Beautiful golf course view. We would recommend this condo.

Really enjoyed our stay!

This was a nice spacious property, and very clean. I was pleasantly surprised by how large the rooms were. It more than suited our needs. There is an elevator to use if you have members of your party with limited mobility, or just don't want to lug your bags up the one flight of stairs. We made use of the beach supplies in the garage, we also appreciated that we could park in the garage if we chose. It was a short walk to the pool and spa, every night when we returned we enjoyed the hot tub and it was so nice not to have a long walk while dripping wet! No, it is not on the beach but we were aware of that when we booked (and the price is reflected in that). It is about a 15 minute walk to A Bay, a nice sandy beach with plenty of lounge chairs to use and calm waters, a parking lot is nearby so you can easily drive there as well. The deck overlooks the golf course (so no ocean views), but I enjoyed the quiet mornings drinking coffee there. There is some cleaning supplies including laundry detergent. I was also pleased the water is filtered from the fridge for drinking. There is a very small amount of pantry items, but Island Gourmet with everything you need is just a couple blocks away. I would recommend and stay here again!

Good vacation unit.

This is a good unit which I would recommend. It is spacious and pleasant, and the master bedroom, lanai, and living room overlook a golf course and are quiet. The location is near shopping and food, and is about a 10 minute walk from the beach. The only small negatives are that the on-site pools in the complex are small and do not accommodate lap swimming, and the second bedroom has some road noise if you choose not to use the air conditioning and want to sleep with the windows open. With air conditioning and the windows closed, it is very quiet.

Great location, great workout room, great kitchen!

Unit was clean, well stocked (with cleaning supplies) and nicely furnished. Garage had ample beach gear - snorkels, boogie boards, fins, umbrellas etc. Great kitchen with everything you need to prepare meals. Great location at crossroads of major highways. Short Walking distance to groceries and restaurants. Medium walk or short drive to A Bay - such a beautiful place! Workout room was small but had everything we needed and we loved the open air concept. Teenage muscle conscious boys were even satisfied. Beds were a bit soft and bedding left something to be desired but beyond that the place was ideal.

Home Away From Home

We have stayed many times at this complex, which we enjoy very much. The unit was well stocked with soaps and paper products and the kitchen had all the utensils you need. The only complaint was with the sofa bed in the living room as there was no mattress, just a foam topper which is not workable on metal slats!

Great place

My adult children stayed in this condo and had a great time. Only mess up is a maintenance person was inside working when they returned causing some concern. However, We did receive a nice apology.
