"The bed was very uncomfortable and sunk towards the middle, and the rooms look like something out of the 1970s. The only good thing was a nice big screen TV. The toilet wobbled. And there was no elevator to second floor."

The room was 2 out of 5 as the microwave and phone did not work. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was nice except for not being supplied with toilet paper. I would pass on this hotel in the future as their are many better options for a slightly higher price. "

"At check-in I was given key cards that didn't work. Then I found out the room was occupied. Another employee said they make mistakes like that all the time. Was given a new room. I was given a Gatorade for the inconvenience.
Knock at the door at 10:50 pm by "housekeeping" (it was the barkeep). They opened the door before I could get to the door. They said it was to see if the room was occupied
Had to ask for more towels. Never delivered.

"It was late, we were tired and this location was close. Check in was no problem, went quick. The room we were given had a few issues so we notified the young man at the front desk and he set us up with another room. This room was much better. Don’t always sleep well in hotels, usually the bed is the culprit, but slept well that night. Felt rested when I got up. All and all it was a good stay. "

"This facility is definitely a step above other Best Westerns I've stayed at. I had a situation at my apartment, leak upstairs that came into my bathroom. It was nice to not have to deal with issues at this hotel after dealing with them at home. The breakfast was good. Bed was comfortable and the room / bathroom were well kept and clean."
