"We found the property a brilliant base for our family needs and our dog. The property is good condition, it could with an outside light so it would be possible to stay in the garden later in the evening. Also the picture of the garden show green grass either side but one side was rubble and overgrown which is not great when you have a dog. There also 2 light nobs missing in 2 of the bedrooms and the double room on top floor you couldn't shut door properly as it difficult to get back open....

"Partly choose this property for location of Camel Trail cycle path. We really couldn’t have picked a better property for this as it’s literally on the doorstep. Was able to cycle one way for just over 5 miles to Padstow and the other way for Bodmin. Great base for exploring other areas too we visited Port Isaac and Tintagel. "Beautiful upside down property with loads of room for the 7 of us plus a cute little dog. Easy access to lots of fab beaches. Would have been a bonus if the pub had been open but this didn't detract from a fab holiday. Weather was glorious 6 out of 7 days which was an added bonus. No actual parking at the property but spaces outside the pub which were always free. No nearby shop to walk to, but we had shopping delivered. VERY comfy beds! "This property is superb for a large family, with a lovely garden and we loved the fact that were 2 living rooms as it meant we could dedicate the end room as the children's playroom with their favourite films on the tv, while using the other living/dining room for more adult pursuits.
