Michelle is the only reason I personally cared for the stay. She was always positive and kind.The first night, the fire alarm went off and our phone didnt work to call the front desk so we had to use the hallways. After our second night we requested that our room be cleaned that morning since we'd be gone a few hours. They could only bring towels and take out the trash which was fine if they had done that but they hadn't. We waited and waited for towels to shower before going back out but we gave up after the second attempt. After returning from shopping and lunch, my husband called a third time to a lady working overnight that was rude and care free about our problem. She said she didnt know what to tell us because housekeeping left but shed get us towels. It turned out to be another lady bringing those too. Overall, the bed was uncomfortable and the price of the stay was too much for the experience. Oh and go get your own breakfast. Its just toaster waffles and mediocre sausage.

The property is clean and very modern. Breakfast Was good however sometimes there was not enough food for the latecomer. Once we notify the front desk, they worked hard to provide more food. My friend wanted to use the pool however she mentioned that the smell of chlorine was too much and it made her dizzy. I didn’t go to the pool. Overall, the price, the hotel, and breakfast options Provided a good variety.

The front desk staff was extremely helpful and friendly and breakfast was very good it was close to Buffalo Wild Wings which is one of my favorites and facilities were very clean and comfortable as was the bed got a good nights sleep it was quiet I would definitely stay again when I’m in the area

I loved the beds, they were so comfy. And I preferred the area better than what was near the silos. So happy we chose this property!! The only problem I had was our rooms were not cleaned daily but that was our fault for not telling them our preference. Over all is was a great experience.

Great hotel. The pool hosted private swim lessons while we were there. That was strange. My daughter was so excited to swim but felt kind of awkward and out of place. Good breakfast. Convenient location.

The property needs freshened up. We had ants in our room, the sink didn’t drain, and our toilet did flush. The only correction was the sink. We stayed 3 nights. It’s also very loud. No sound proofing in walls or ceiling.

I needed a place to stay the night before a test. The Hyatt Place Waco was close to the testing center and was able to get a great night's rest!

The breakfast was eatable. The eggs taste like powder, oatmeal was overcooked, waffles taste like cardboard. You offered no flavored creamers for the coffee.

Our room looked like it hadn’t been cleaned after the last guests. The shampoo bottle was empty as well as the tissue box. The floor was sooo sticky I had to wear my shoes in the room. The toilets in the lobby were FILTHY. Both stalls hadn’t been flushed and they looked like they had been left that way for quite awhile. No one had cleaned them in a long time. The soap dispensers were empty. There was garbage on the counter. The breakfast was awful. I think they served eggs but they looked like saw dust and all the fruit was going bad. Wont stay at a Hyatt ever again

The rooms were nice. Beds are comfortable but rooms don’t have good insulation. You can hear everything inside and outside. Breakfast was a sad affair. Oatmeal was extremely sweet. Pineapples and bananas were overripe and should not have been put out. The boiled eggs were cold and several days old. The egg yellow had brown rings which means they were cooked days ago. No healthy bread options. Only white bread was available. For a Hyatt this breakfast was an unexpected disappointment.
