Villa Marko

Villa Marko is a beautiful traditional Istrian stone house built in 1757 and completely renovated in 2012. Villaconsists of two fully equipped houses connected with a covered terrace which together accommodate up to 8 persons. Both houses of Villa Marko consist of a ground floor (connected kitchen with dining andliving area) and first floor (twin and double bedroom). The outdoor area includes a private pool with sun lounges and solar shower, BBQ build in stone, covered terrace with furniture and a parking place nearby the property. Located on the western coast of Istria, in the small place of Kloštar, villa Marko offers a tranquil holiday experience in rural atmosphere. The nearest grocery store, bakery, ambulance, doctor, bank, fish market and beach can be found in Vrsar, at 8,5 km distance from the villa. The house is placed at only 5 km distance from the famous Lim valley.Just a ten minute drive away you can discover the Lim Fjord, a beautiful valley which hosts the river Pazincica,- famous for wonderful seafood. Marko offers a good base from which to explore Istria, the closest amenities can be found in Vrsar, where you can explore the fish market and dine at one of the restaurants. Alternatively the popular resort of Rovinj is also not far away.
Villa Marko is a pet-friendly villa, with max. 1 pet allowed. Pet fee in amount of 15€ per pet/day is not included in the final price and is to be paid on spot upon arrival.
