"It was a beautifully restored mansion. We were in the basement but there was plenty of sunlight streaming in from windows. Bedroom was in upstairs loft so stairs to navigate . Bathroom downstairs. Everything updated and very clean. Breakfast was delicious, from granola with fruit to eggs and small spinach pies. Tasty orange cake to top it off!
Lovely place with garden and resident tortoise and areas to sit outside with a glass of wine. Highly recommend and use the donkeys to carry luggage!"

"The staff at Hydra hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful. I was in room 201 with spectacular corner views of the port and was right next to the breakfast area with its own outdoor area. Unless you are carrying a light weight bag, just plan on hiring the donkey transportation to the hotel. I carried my heavy bad myself, having not understood how many steps there actually were and would not recommend it! Wir waren komplett alleine, deshalb war bei Frühstück die Auswahl etwas eingeschränkt, aber die Perle, die uns versorgt hat war ein sehr freundlicher Schatz.
Wir würden gerne wiederkommen.
Für die Nachhaltigkeit haben wir eine kleine Anmerkung. Den ganzen Tag liefen überall die Lichter. Hier haben könnte sicher Energie gespart werden."

And a homemade breakfast that was huge, varied tremendously from day to day, multiple dishes, and NOT a buffet.
