"It is a nice hotel and the staff is friendly but I would not give them 5 stars. They are not as organized as they could have been and some of their offers were not available. Their spa is available but there is almost no service and the jacuzzi and the heated spa chairs did not work optimally. "Very good service. Extraordinary by helping with finding charging station for my EV. Very helpful staff and very quiet and clean rooms. View was amazing from the rooftop. Definitely worth visiting and the location couldn’t be better. 10/10. Would recommend and would go again myself. Stayed there with my wife and 2 children."

"Meget lækkert hotel med rigtig flot view ud over byen. Placeret i gåafstand fra den gamle by, men er slet ikke muligt hvis du har barnevogn med eller mindre børn. Dårlig gående vil også have svært ved alle trapperne ned til byen og op igen. Er man i bil kan man parkere ved Mariotts P-plads 300m fra den gamle by. Morgenmaden var lækker, poolen var lækker (dog rimelig kold). Personalet var meget venligt. Kan uden tvivl anbefale det og kommer gerne tilbage igen."

"Very nice and very distinctive hotel. It’s almost like a small village with ethnic houses. Very nice restaurant with good local food and very good service. We enjoyed it a lot. Nice large swimmingpool with beach team, but a shame the pool bar wasn’t open :-( Nice room. Nothing extra but fine standard (we stayed in the annex, which was next to the swimmingpool) Good parking facilities - a parking lot just in front of the reception and/or beside the annex. "

"Ivo and Laura were excellent hosts. Gave us all sorts of info and responded quickly. The apartment was spotless and somewhat close to the bus stop. Tip: for €9 and Uber will take you to Old Town if you can’t/don’t want to walk to the bus. Thank you Laura, we had a great time!"
