Cocoonr offers you this charming 190 m² house to rent in Voglans. It has several landscaped outdoor areas, uninterrupted views of the mountains, a swimming pool and can accommodate up to 10 guests.

– A large open-plan living area, comprising three separate spaces: a dining area with access to the balcony, which has a table and two benches; a large, fully equipped kitchen (fridge, oven, microwave, 3 induction hobs, electric kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher) with access to the veranda, and a lounge area with a corner sofa, coffee table and television, with access to the balcony.

The house is ideally located in Voglans, in a very quiet residential area. No cars pass in front of the house. Nearby you'll find a bakery, a pizzeria, a hairdresser, several supermarkets and the Chamnord shopping centre.

- A few minutes from Lac du Bourget for swimming, paddle-boarding and other water activities.
- Close to Aix-les-Bains (10 km) for its thermal baths, casino, racecourse and golf course.
- Close to Chambéry and its historic old town.

- 40 minutes from Annecy and 20 minutes from Lac d'Aiguebelette.
