"Staffs are so nice and helpful. Rooms smells so nice with the fragrance they have placed. There is also a fireplace in the room which made is warm and cozy whenever you needed it. Hotel is also pet friendly, we were given a care package for my dog. "

"This place was a palace! I had a two bedroom, two story apartment with a kitchen, living room, huge bathroom and outdoor deck with a view of the Belfry and the Church of Our Lady. From the front I had an amazing view of the Market Square. I was in room #4 and the elevator only went to 3, but staff was happy to assist in bringing my suitcase up the stairs for me. I really couldn't imagine a better hotel and location!"

"Such a beautiful property, we loved the modern but cosy design. Exceptionally clean and finished to a high standard. The room we stayed in was spacious and we found it very comfortable with everything we needed. I liked that once checked in, we had a code to access the front door and our room so we could come and go as we pleased, much like in a hotel. Husband and wife team at the property were friendly, helpful and not intrusive. We were given a mobile number to call if we needed anything....
