Fantastic villa with heated private pool, outdoor gym, sea view, surrounded by vineyards

This villa is located in the small village of Mekiši. It is surrounded by vineyards and typical Istrian houses, and from the villa's balcony you have a panoramic view of the hills and forests. For lovers of an active vacation, the attractive Parenzana hiking and cycling trail is nearby, which passes several wineries where the world-famous and appreciated Istrian wines are grown. The villa offers accommodation for 6-8 guests on two fully air-conditioned floors with a total area of 163 m2. On the first floor there is a fully equipped kitchen with dining room, a modern furnished living room with exit to the terrace with outdoor seating and a separate toilet. A bedroom with en-suite bathroom and access to the garden is also located on the first floor. There is a 32 m2 swimming pool with sun loungers at the front of the villa and a small fitness room with 4 exercise machines at the rear. Private parking spaces are located in the courtyard. On the second floor of the house there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed, balcony, satellite TV and private bathroom, the other also with its own balcony, bathroom and two single beds. Both rooms have a wonderful view of the countryside. There are two extra beds available, which can be placed in the rooms if required. The pool can be heated in the low season on request for an extra charge of 130 euros per week.
