"Our stay couldn't have been better. Very clean and well appointed. I left behind an item, and the host was very responsive and helpful in getting it back to me. We have family in Vivian and will likely make this house our regular spot when we come to visit. "

"Yes the rooms where very clean, but the there where spiders and spiders webs in the kitchen and outside on the covered patio. I also noticed a puddle of water on the stove top, leaking from the microwave. Possibility due to the severe thunderstorm and heavy rain fall. But overall the place was amazing."

"The deck around the hot tub looked and felt like the wood was rotten and could give way. Very unsafe. Keurig but no kcups. Coffee pot not filters. Utensils felt like foil. Guest shower was horrible "
