"What a great cabin. Super close to everything, comfortably appointed, and easy to check in & out. "

"We rented 2 rooms for three days and had to pay $100 prt room as deposit to be refunded at check out. A week later we are still waiting for the refund which already appeared on my credit card statement. Will give the two more days then dispute the charge with credit card company."

"the place was clean the staff was friendly was ok experience"

"Place was clean in excellent condition. Beds were very comfortable."

"Cabin is great! Walking distance from coffee and yummy donuts! :)"

"good"

"The cabin is in a great location right by the resort. It does need some attention though as the rooms are freezing and there were no space heaters. The big heater only heats the hallway and kitchen so bring something to keep warm at night in the bedrooms. The shower barely works, most of the water fills the tub and doesn’t come out of the shower head. Also there is very limited hot water so if you have more than 2 people staying here showering can be time consuming while you wait for the heater...

"Big Bear Lake was a great getaway for our much needed family vacation. Our cabin was very cozy and charming. We had all the amenities we needed. Great location. Close to the Lake, hiking, shopping, & dining. "

"we loved it!"

"The cabin is quite run down. The closet door in the master was broken and there were no hangers to hang anything. Everything was very tired and had seen better days. It felt like we were camping. The highlight for us was the jacuzzi and the football table, which we enjoyed as a family. Needs an update for the price. "

"The only complaint was that when we got home late with two steaks to grill there was no propane. We had to contact someone to tell them but didn't want to wait for the propane to get to the cottage we were very hungry. Disappointed. Please check the propane before each person arrives. Thanks"
