Very close to the building, you'll find the Monza Bakery, several restaurants, including one of Vila Velha's most traditional (Restaurante Atlântica), the São José supermarket, ice cream parlors, a salon with a spa, and it's also very close to landmarks such as Morro do Moreno, Santa Luzia Lighthouse, Praia Secreta, and Praia da Sereia.
