Summary:

Welcome to your home away from home in beautiful Visby! This charming chain house, originally built around 1909, offers a cozy and comfortable stay right in the heart of the UNESCO World Heritage city. Perfect for families or groups of up to 6 people.



The house offers 40 m² of living space and 40 m² of additional space on a generous 490 m² plot. It features a newly renovated kitchen and bathroom, Double air mattress, sofa bed and 2 single beds (90 cm wide).



You’ll have a private entrance and your own garden and patio area – ideal for morning coffee or relaxing evenings. Parking is available directly on the property.



Tips for your stay:

• Enjoy breakfast, a barbecue, or sunbathing in the garden.

• Explore Visby’s charming old town – you're staying in the heart of a World Heritage site.

• Take a walk along the medieval city wall, visit Almedalen park, and enjoy the nearby cafés and restaurants.

The Space:

Step into a cozy and well-equipped home that has everything you need for a relaxing stay in Visby. The house features a bathroom with a shower, washing machine, sink, and toilet.



The kitchen is fully equipped and perfect for cooking your favorite meals. You’ll find a dishwasher, oven, stove, fridge, freezer, coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster – everything you need whether you’re preparing a quick breakfast or a full dinner.



There is an air mattress located in the diningroom for 2 persons, 2 single beds in the bedroom and for extra comfort a sofa bed for 2 located in the livingroom. This makes the house ideal for families, couples traveling together, or a group of friends.



Outside, you’ll find a spacious private yard with outdoor furniture, a barbecue for summer evenings, and your own parking space on the property – all for your convenience and comfort.



Whether you’re here to explore the historic streets of Visby or simply unwind in a quiet and charming setting, this house offers the perfect base for your stay.

The apartment is perfectly situated for convenience and exploration. The nearest grocery store, ICA, is only a 3–5 minute walk away, and the peaceful Botanical Garden is also nearby – a perfect spot for a quiet break in nature.



For those who enjoy an active lifestyle, there are tennis courts within walking distance and several top-quality golf courses just a short drive away. You’ll also have easy access to scenic destinations like Högklint, Tofta Beach, and Kneippbyn, which offer everything from coastal views and hiking trails to restaurants and family attractions.

Getting Around:

The best way to get around Norra Kyrkogatan is by car. There are also bikes available for rent and various activities along the waterfront during the summer. If you prefer to travel by bus, you can take bus line 10 and get off at “Visby Bus Station.” From there, it's just a short walk to Norra Kyrkogatan.

1. Guest Policy: Only registered and confirmed guests are permitted to stay at the premises. The accommodation reserves the right to cancel a booking in the event of misconduct, disruptive behavior, or violation of accommodation policies.

Guests must adhere to the check-in and check-out times specified by the host, with any exceptions requiring prior agreement. Parties and unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited, and only the guests listed in the booking are allowed in the unit. Additionally, filming and recording are not permitted without prior written approval from the host.



3. Liability for Damages and Deep Cleaning: Guests are responsible for maintaining the accommodation and its facilities in good condition. Any damage, breakage, or loss caused by the guest, whether accidental or intentional, shall be the full financial responsibility of the guest. The accommodation reserves the right to charge the credit card on file for the cost of repair, replacement, or lost items. Additionally, a deep cleaning fee of SEK 2,500 will be applied if excessive cleaning is required due to guest actions.



4. Internet Access: Complimentary wireless internet is provided for guests. The accommodation is not liable for any disruptions or security risks associated with internet usage.



5. Quiet Hours Policy: Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM daily to maintain a peaceful environment for all residents and neighbors. The accommodation is equipped with a disturbance detection system that monitors and alerts management to any violations related to excessive noise or smoke. Guests are required to comply with this policy to ensure the safety and well-being of all occupants. Non-compliance may result in penalties, including additional charges or potential eviction.



6. No Smoking Policy: The accommodation is a strictly non-smoking establishment, including the use of electronic cigarettes and vaping devices. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the accommodation, on balconies, and outside the entrance. Violations of this policy may result in additional cleaning fees and possible eviction without a refund.



7. Forgotten items: Guests are responsible for any damages or missing items.



8. No Illegal Activities: The property may not be used for any illegal activities, including prostitution and drug use. Any violation of this policy will result in immediate eviction, the involvement of law enforcement, and forfeiture of any refund.



9. Pet Policy: Pets are not allowed on the premises. Any violation may result in additional cleaning fees or penalties.



10. Footwear Policy: Guests are required to refrain from wearing shoes inside the accommodation to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards.
