This room was in terrible condition- it was extremely outdated, nasty carpet, no lighting whatsoever in the front room, and the king sized bed in the back bedroom appeared to be a Murphy bed that was not a king sized bed. I called the front desk to switch rooms and was told they were booked for the weekend and there were no other rooms to move to. "The floor of the room was completely filthy. My feet were black just by taking 6 steps forward. Not to mention they put us in the back of the hotel and the only sun light we got was a peek from inside of the car garage. The building is old, but most beach hotels are."

"Room was very clean, beds were great, pillows fantastic. My rating is based on several reasons. Room had ceiling damage. We paid 350.00 room/nightly (i believe due to national track and field competitions in the area) and this hotel offers no continental breakfast option. I find that incredibly mind blowing. They did offer a free water in the room, but did not clean our room day 2 while we were gone all day. Which resulted in no clean towels. Dissappointing for staying 2 days at a hotel...

"The breakfast was extremely limited. They only had bagels, grits, eggs, waffles, cold cereal and yogurt. They didn't have bread, which was an issue for my son who cannot chew bagels. Upon check-in, I was slapped with an $18/day parking fee, although Expedia listed this property as offering free parking. The manager on duty was kind enough to remove the fee."
