"Tom was great. Communicated well both before and during our stay, offered local things for us to do. Property was nice, and quiet. My only downside is the stairs to get to and from the parking. For those of us who are limited mobility having that in the description or a photo so were aware would be helpful. Dont get me wrong, they werent unmanageable but after a long dsy of walking around Seattles attractions those stairs were brutal, BUT I WOULD DEFINITELY STAY AGAIN. The location is...

"We got free drinks and smores stuff. Plus had a great time in their pool. The views were amazing. "

"Room was clean and ready when we arrived. Checking in was a breeze. Had no issues whatsoever, would stay again anytime!"

"Breakfast was ok. Room was ok. The main issue was the guy in the room next to us yelling and shouting at his wife at 2am in the morning. This went on forever. Took the hotel a long time to do anything about it. We had to call the front desk multiple times. The police showed up banging on the door and shouting…pulled the guy out into the hallway next to our door to question him and go through their whole ordeal whether the would book the guy or not. Middle of the night, so loud, all this going on...

"Initial stay had issues after I was not able to make it the first night and tried to check in the next am at 8:30am. My reservation had been canceled even thought I had the reservation paid for. Wasn't too happy about it. Was able to have second night refunded but it was kind of a hassle."

"Well, for some reason, it wouldn’t take my credit card at the desk, although I had used it all day… The pool was broken which I was looking forward to so we had to go to the pool next-door in freezing weather and the refrigerator in my room was shut off, so it wasn’t cold. It wasn’t ready to be used and they had shut it off because when it came on, it vibrated so loudly that it woke you up and for me it’s a little attention to detail."

"We recently stayed at the Bellevue Club Hotel and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. Our stay started with a negative interaction with the valet, who was rude and condescending when we briefly stopped to unload our car. Instead of a welcoming arrival, we were questioned about whether we were checking in before the door was abruptly opened. It set an uncomfortable tone right away. At check-in, we were told we would receive a $25 food credit if we ordered from one of the hotel’s...
