"Bartender very nice"

"Vi havde booket 2 værelser i 5 dage. Der blev IKKE gjort rent mens vi var der, ja faktisk var værelserne ikke rene da vi ankom. Vi fik nye håndklæder 1 gang på hvert værelse, "

"We stayed for our honeymoon before embarking on our cruise to Bermuda out of Norfolk. The port was very close to the Inn. The Inn is beautiful and so romantic. The area around the Inn had several options for dining. The walkable area was so romantic with its old architecture and cobblestone streets. I would love to come and stay longer and experience their restaurants and the city of Norfolk. I would highly recommend the Inn to anyone wanting a place that is not a big box type hotel. If...

"I have stayed here before without issue, however I will never be able to stay again. Upon notifying the front desk, their solution was to come spray a citrus smelling something in the hallway which then mixed with the smoke and smelled awful. "Great location. The hotel needs an upgrade. "

"Rooms were not ready when we arrived. We had to wait 3 hours until 7pm before getting into a room. Many others were waiting and only after complaining several time some got vouchers for the bar or a deduction on the room. No compensation was offered as a service. "

"I highly recommend this hotel! I was initially skeptical as I had not heard of this hotel chain before. I stopped by in advance of my stay and the manager, Shauna, gave me a tour and put my mind at ease. Our stay was fantastic! Shauna and her team were professional, pleasant, and made us feel so welcome! They quickly responded to any questions or requests we had and checked in throughout our stay to make sure things were going well. Book your stay, you will not be disappointed!"
