"Above all factors that make a great hotel stay, it was by far the staff that elevated our experience. We appreciated how personable and fun each staff member was, and how they all seemed to genuinely enjoy their job. We sew many team members seamlessly filling in for one another when needed. "Beautiful property and stay! The restaurants all have amazing food. And I did all three! The staff I encountered were all so very helpful and kind. I docked one star due to the spa which I thought did not hold up to what I would expect from a Four Seasons. The facilities were a bit drab, small and little amenities for use after your treatment. My massage was not done very well. So if you’re looking for a luxurious spa experience, I don’t think you’ll find it at the spa here."
