"clean room, friendly staff, many stores, restaurants ... are nearby"

"Very good value for money!"

"The suite was very spacious and complete with a bathroom and kitchenette, and close to local diners, stores and residences for a nice taste of local life. Staff knows basic English and is friendly and helpful."

"Grand Plaza Hotel Hanoi is a nice hotel fulfilling western standard I can recommend the hotel for Business travelers"
