A safe and quiet area to stay although need to walk at least 10 min to the beach and other attractions. Rooms are clean and spacious.

The hotel was well situated about six blocks from the waterfront with many good restaurants, coffee shops, and convenience stores within a 7-8 block radius. Attractions are within walking distance. Public buses, which are very easy to use, stop within a block of the hotel and can be taken to Valparaiso, Reñaca, Conćon and anywhere in between. Stayed here for 7 nights and was our base for daily travels. Hotel is modern, spacious, very clean. All front desk, restaurant and cleaning staff were excellent. Breakfast items were plentiful and delicious but remained the same over the duration of our stay. Room and hotel interior areas were all very clean. Area is very safe and comfortable to walk around at night. Would definitely stay here again.

Comfortable, clean, modern, walking distance to most interesting places in Viña del Mar, bus transportation to Valparaiso convenient, cheap and across the street from hotel. Breakfast had adequate variety and good quality. Facilities were very comfortable. Staff were there to make your stay comfortable and pleasant and they are fluent in English which helps!

Staff and service is very bad. No clear instructions. We asked for laundry and we received two different answers: same day and one day. Nobody explained to us that we have to pick up the laundry at front desk. Because we paid in advance nobody at front desk explained to us that we need to register our credit card for any additional service (restaurant, drinks, etc). Then we went to restaurant and we didn't have our credit card with us and we had to go to the room at payment time. Bryan at front desk was very good. We asked for a cappuccino during breakfast and the machine is damage for two consecutive days. We left then we don't know when is going to be available. Breakfast started by 6:30 am. Today we went around 7:30 am and still they were working on the menu (one hour late). This is not the Novotel chain that I know many years ago. We requested to clean the room yesterday by 9:00 am. They told us that in half an hour would be ready. By 3:00 pm still room wasn't clean. Summary, there are no good information nor clear and complete from staff and grade of service is not good.

Novotel Experience
Not a pleasant experience. I requested a box of tissue paper and the don't have any. Instead they offered me hand towels. Most of the staffs do not speak English. I ordered some food from the restaurant and when I paid my bill the waiter asked for a tip, "do you want to give a tip". Management at this hotel need to improve their hospitality & etiquette procedures.

Spent 3 nights with my son and it was such a great experience. Staff were lovely and went out of their way to speak English to my son who has limited Spanish. Close to many restaurants, comfortable and clean rooms, amazing pool and great gym facilities. Can’t wait to return on my next trip to Viña Del Mar, Chile

Hay mucho ruido de motor en el ultimo piso del hotel cual no deja dormir. La habitacion es muy calurosa y abrir la ventana hay mucho ruido de la calle. Ademas el hervidor entregado estaba muy sucio sin haber ni lavado ni mantenido.

Melhorar o café da manhã.
Hotel confortável, limpo, bom atendimento. O café da manhã pode ser melhorado, o de Santiago Providência é muito melhor, apesar do hotel ser menor.

Excelente hospedagem
Hotel fica numa área muito bem estruturada (comércio, bares, restaurantes, supermercado, farmácia, praças) e é perto da orla de Viña. Fizemos tudo a pé. Ficamos no 10º andar, lado mar, e o pôr do sol da janela do quarto foi espetacular. Tudo muito limpo, arrumado e ordeiro. Quarto grande, bem decorado. Banheiro Top. Café da manhã muito bom. Valeu a pena o valor pago à parte.
