"We had an amazing stay at Vinpearl Wonderworld. Andy, a manager at Vinpearl, made sure that our stay was one to remember."

"The hotel is fine - I would say average 4 star. My complaint goes entirely to Hotels.com customer service. We booked 8 nights for 2 adults and 1 child including half board. Upon arrival the half board is only for adults even the confirmation does not state otherwise. I then contacted customer service which said it was hotel policy and sensed me a screenshot from website as proof. However when you navigate to the website this policy is no longer written there - it might have been at some point...

"Brand new hotel, fantastic place, super nice pool bar! Mostly Russians and Chinese visitors."

"Our family of five (2 adults and 3 children) from Malaysia really enjoyed our stay at Wyndham Hotel Phu Quoc. As Muslim travellers, halal food is one of our main concerns when travelling. We were happy that the hotel provides several halal food options, which made our stay more convenient. The swimming pool is also very spacious, and our children really enjoyed it. We added one extra bed in the room, so the room became a little smaller, but it was still comfortable enough and not a big issue...

"I felt like the pictures did not match the room. Square footage certainly did not. "

"This property was the best and well located inside the grand world. The staff was quite friendly too.."

"It was listed as 4 stars and when i got there the rooms are infested with bugs and dirty everywhere but the manager was really friendly and gave me a full refund "

"Quarto amplo e localizado muito boa :("

"The room and place are a little rough around the edges but if you want to be close to all of the tourist activities, you’ll save A LOT of money. It’s was fine for what you pay. "

"Hotel is in a nice and quiet location. Within walking distance to shopping areas, shows, and bus stops. However, all linen (bed sheets, blanket, pillow cases, and even towels) were stained, found hairs (long hair and shaved hairs) on bed, shampoo & body wash was really watered down, found two used condoms in the trashcan, rat poop on window seal. Asked staff for extra towels because our towels didnt smell clean and was told he had no more. Cleanliness is questionable here. "
