Welcome to the Court of Paradise, one of our 40 four-star cottages bearing the La Clef Decamp label.

We want your stay to be as pleasant as possible, and for this reason we offer the following services:

Parking instructions:

Unload your luggage in front of the houses, then park in the free public car parks located a 2-minute walk away, Place des Quais. (See map in welcome booklet).



Please note: parking in the Place de la Mairie in the town centre is limited to 1 hour 30 minutes during the day, blue zone



This cottage has a bedroom and shower room on the ground floor practical for people with reduced mobility.

ESSENTIAL INFORMATION





Arrival : Arrival time at the cottage is scheduled for 6 pm, subject to availability. Early arrival is an optional service available for an additional fee. (See welcome booklet)



Departure : Departure time is scheduled for 10:00 AM, but can be changed subject to availability with a late departure, an optional service at an additional cost. (See welcome booklet)



Access to the cottage: Your arrival is self-check-in; you will find a key box (see welcome booklet). The day before your stay, you will receive an email requesting a €500 security deposit, which will be held on your credit card (please ensure you have sufficient funds available). This hold will not be debited from your account; it will simply be blocked for 7 days. You will then find the key box codes in your guest account.



Barbecue :The cottage is equipped with a charcoal barbecue (charcoal and firelighters not provided).(Garden accessible only if Villa Paradis is not rented).



Coffee maker: The cottage is equipped with several coffee makers, to find out the type refer to the welcome booklet and inventory booklet.



Dishes : The tableware is suitable for approximately 10 people and includes everything needed to set a beautiful table. (See inventory booklet)



Products: A sponge, a dishcloth, a roll of toilet paper per toilet, a little dish soap, and 2 or 3 dishwasher tablets will be provided free of charge to help you get your stay off to a good start. Please plan to purchase additional supplies later. (See welcome booklet)





Our sales team based in Villedieu les poêles is available Monday to Friday from 9am to 12pm and from 2pm to 7pm.
