The apartment on the first and last floor has the following spaces on one level: • living room with equipped kitchenette, internal table, sofa bed and TV • double bedroom [or with 2 single beds] with wardrobe and french doors to the terrace • panoramic terrace with covered sea view, complete with furnishings on the south side [sea view] and north side [hills view] • bathroom with sink - shower - WC and bidet. It is possible to accommodate the third guest thanks to the sofa bed in the living room, but the house is ideal for couples. Our guests, who access the property from an independent entrance, have the convenience of an uncovered parking space, a small courtyard with a beautiful lemon tree, outdoor shower and barbecue. The first and last floor can be reached through an external flight of stairs, partially covered and equipped with a handrail. The veranda equipped with tables and seating on both the south and north sides, makes the outdoor spaces enjoyable even on windy days. The magnificent sea view puts guests in contact with the sea even from home, making the atmosphere very relaxing.

DISTRICT and LOCATION: We are located in one of the best locations in Villasimius. The elegant neighborhood is quiet even during the high season. The passage of pedestrians and vehicles is almost non-existent [only the few vehicles of the residents pass through the street in front of the house]. We are located exactly halfway between the village and Simius beach.
