The holiday apartment “Casa Elisabeth”, which boasts a mountain view is located in the southeast of the island in the centre of Villasimius, an idyllic, lively town, which was formerly a fishing village. The spacious 110 m2 apartment consists of a living/dining room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 5 people. Additional amenities include air conditioning, a washing machine and cable television. Furthermore, the property offers a small, private garden with Mediterranean plants and an additional outdoor dining area, a furnished open terrace as well as a barbecue to prepare delicious meals for the whole family. Start your day with a cup of coffee in the garden, where you can enjoy some peace and quiet along with some privacy. End the perfect day with a glass of wine on your open terrace under the starry sky. Due to its excellent location, shops, restaurants, bars and cafes are located nearby and can be reached in approximately 5 minutes on foot. The nearest supermarket is conveniently located just 100 m away (a 3-minute walk). The beautiful beach Spiaggia di Simius with its breathtaking scenery is also only an 8-minute drive away (2.4 km). Here you can sunbathe on the soft sand and enjoy the beautiful Italian sun.

Street parking is available. Bed linens and towels are included in the price. Please note that the homeowner lives on the 2nd floor of the house.

Bedroom 1: 1 matrimoniale bed and 2 pers.

Bedroom 2: 2 single beds (these can be made into a double bed upon request)



Cleaning is done according to recommended standards. You will stay in a safe and clean house. In addition, if it is not possible for you stay in 2020, you can move your reservations to 2021.
