Hotel i Villas at Seaside, Ocean Isle Beach

"Hotel room was clean and organized. The bed was super comfy and the morning breakfast was great as well. Only thing I can really say is small details matter and definitely would say they need to replace shower curtains. It had mold at the bottom of the curtain building up. Considering the curtains are of cloth I think they to be replaced pretty often. The staff were pretty decent didn’t really appreciate the worker rushing my family to hurry up while eating breakfast considering I have 2 kids...

"We had a wonderful stay! The check-in process was easy, friendly, and informative, which set the tone for a relaxing visit from the start. The location was perfect—right beside the pier and within walking distance of restaurants, shops, and everything we wanted to explore. "Rooms were clean and well maintained. Bed was comfortable. Locations entrance includes a set of stairs and there is no information provided that an alternative entry point is available. Individuals requiring assistance are not aware of an alternative entrance find themselves carrying their luggage upstairs unnecessarily. It needs to include better communication about injury in the building with luggage are those with special needs."

Chairs on porch were broken, picnic bench rotted, wood roaches on counter top killed half dozen. The ice container in the refrigerator had mold on it.
