IMPORTANT!:We are going to send you an access link to our guest app where you will have to do your online check-in and register all the guests of the reservation (children and babies included).You have to fill in all the fields. You will be able to check that your check-in and your registration are correctly completed when you see the verification of a green checkmark to the right of each block.It is very important that you indicate your email inside the app so that we can send you all the notifications and information related to your reservation through that means, it will be necessary in order to do your Check-in.

Please, 'complete your registration before your trip' and read all the arrival instructions to know how to access the house. You will find all the instructions in 'ACCESS INSTRUCTIONS' and in 'ARRIVAL INSTRUCTIONS' of the traveler app.

Once this is done, you will be able to access the apartment where you will have the remote control to enter the garage. Please note that upon leaving, you must leave the garage remote in the same place and send a photo to the host.

Additional Charges:

- Lost Remote Control: A fee of €80 will apply.- Door Opening Service: A call-out to open the door due to WiFi or Next device disconnection will incur a fee of €80.- Lost Keys: Replacement of lost keys will incur a fee of €60.



Check-in: From 16:00 h.Access is autonomous with keypad / app / link, so you can arrive at the time you want.⚠️ Guest service available only from 16:00 to 20:00.If you arrive outside that schedule, you will be able to enter without problem, but help in case of incident will be attended starting the next day at 9:00.

Check-out: 11:00 h.Any later departure will have an extra charge.The late check-out must be requested on the day of arrival, subject to availability and with additional charge.

How to Get to the Apartment

Our apartment is located in the charming Cala de Villajoyosa, Alicante, on Calle Marinada 1. Below, you’ll find several options to reach us:

From Alicante – Elche Miguel Hernández Airport (41 km):

By Car:

Take the A-70 highway from the airport.

Continue on the AP-7 toward the CV-7670 to Villajoyosa.

Take exit 66 toward the N-332 and follow the signs to Calle Marinada.

The drive takes approximately 35–40 minutes.

By Public Transport:

Take the C-6 bus from the airport to the Alicante train station.

From the station, take TRAM Line 1 (L1) to Benidorm and get off at 'Tram Benidorm'.

From 'Tram Benidorm', you can take a taxi or a local bus to Calle Marinada 1, Cala de Villajoyosa.

The entire journey by public transport takes approximately 1.5 hours.

From 'Tram Benidorm' Train Station (5 km):

By Car:

Follow the N-332 toward Villajoyosa.

Take the exit to CV-7670 and follow signs to Calle Marinada.

The drive takes about 10–15 minutes.

By Taxi:

You can take a taxi directly from the station to Calle Marinada 1.

The ride takes approximately 10–15 minutes.

By Bus:

Take a local bus heading toward Cala de Villajoyosa.

Get off at the closest stop to Calle Marinada and walk a few minutes to the apartment.

From Villajoyosa Town Center (4 km):

By Car:

Follow the CV-7670 toward Cala de Villajoyosa.

Take the exit to Calle Marinada.

You can take a taxi from anywhere in the town center to Calle Marinada 1.

The ride takes approximately 10 minutes.

By Bus:

Take a local bus from Villajoyosa town center heading to Cala de Villajoyosa.

Get off at the stop closest to Calle Marinada and walk a few minutes to the apartment.

Instructions for Entering the Apartment

How to Access the Apartment:

Arrival at the Address:

Once you arrive at Calle Marinada, 1 Bis, in Cala de Villajoyosa, Alicante, look for the main entrance to the residential complex.

Access to the Residential Complex:

On the left side of the access door, you'll see a numeric keypad. To enter, press the ON key followed by the code we provide.

Access Code:

Enter the code 154, followed by the bell button.

Opening the Door:

The door will open and you'll be able to access the residential complex.

These instructions will allow you to access our apartment easily and securely. If you need any further assistance, feel free to contact me via the Airbnb platform or directly on my phone.

Building 1

Apartment Location:

Once inside the complex, head to Block 1, located at the back of the complex to the right of the swimming pool.

Building Door Access:

At the door of Building 1, to the right on the wall, you'll see an intercom keypad. Press the doorbell for 5-Dand you’ll be able to open the glass entry door.

The first door opens manually; the doorbell will open the second glass door.

Once on the 5th floor, you’ll see door Dto the left of the elevator.

On the left side of the door frame, you’ll find a numeric keypad. To access, first press the power button, then enter the code we provided.

You’ll hear the lock open—then just push the door to enter.

Inside the entrance shelf, you will find a set of keys:

Orange key: Opens the apartment door.

Red key: Opens the brown gate to the complex.

Small key: For the parking space clamp lock.

Elevator key: To go down to level -3 of the parking garage.

Magnetic key: Pool access.

Remote control: Garage gate.

Once inside the apartmentand with the keys, you’ll be able to access the parking garage.

The parking entrance is located on Avenida Rosa de los Vientos. From the main complex entrance, turn right and go around the block.

You can open the garage gate using the remote control.

Go down to the second basement level (-2), turn left at the first lane, then left again—you’ll see parking space no. 77straight ahead.

In the key set, as mentioned, you’ll find a small keyfor the lock that allows you to lower the barrier.

Please always take the lock back up to the apartment.

Do not leave it on the ground to park.If it’s run over by a car, it may no longer function, and the space cannot be secured again.

To the right of the parking space, you’ll see a door providing access to the building, with two elevatorsthat will take you up to the apartment.

You must use the elevator keyto operate them.

As previously mentioned, the small keyin your key set is for the parking space lock.

Please always return the lock to the apartment.Do not leave it on the ground to park.

Running over it with your car may damage it and prevent the barrier from locking again.

To the right of the space, you’ll find a door to the buildingwith two elevators.

Use the elevator keyto go up.

Internet Connection
WiFi: To connect to the internet, you’ll find the WiFi network and password on the router. This information is also available in the WiFi manual.

Important: Do notdisconnect the WiFi or the Nextdevice located in the kitchen, as they are required for the smart lock to function.

Additional Charge: If the WiFi or the Next device is disconnected, a €60 feewill apply for a manual door unlock service.

Keys and Garage
Upon entering the apartment, you’ll find a set of keysalong with the garage remote control.

Garage Space: The parking spot has a wheel lockinstalled to prevent unauthorized parking.

Unlocking the Wheel Lock:

Remove the padlock to park and bring it back to the apartment.

To ensure a comfortable and smooth stay, please take note of the following rules and requirements:

Booking Confirmation
To confirm your reservation, access the link we will provide as the guest guide.

Fill in all the required information, register all guests, and sign the rental agreement.

Apartment Access
You will receive an access codeon your arrival day to open the apartment door.

Important: Do notdisconnect the WiFior the Nextdevice in the kitchen, as the smart lock depends on them. If disconnected, the door cannot be opened.

Additional Charge: A €80 feewill apply if we have to come in person to unlock the door due to disconnection of the WiFi or Next device.
