Guest Access:

Guests have access to the entire beautiful fenced-in property located on a cul-de-sac, as well as a spacious driveway. Garage parking is available. Please arrange with the host if you'd like to use the garage.

At Luxe Vacay Stays LLC, we welcome our guests with open arms and open hearts. We really value creating comfortable and cozy spaces while going above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable. The proof is in our ratings.



There are, however, occasions where additional intervention is required that is above and beyond that of a typical stay. In these instances, we must charge additional fees.



*Unapproved late check-out (this is not an extension of stay) - $100/hr



*Retrieval of unapproved items from septic tank - at cost (typically ~$1000)



*Excessive markings on the wall - $100



*Forgotten items - $10 admin fee + cost of shipping.

We try our best to notify guests of these items, but they do go into lost and found two weeks following the conclusion of stay.



*Failure to remove personal items after stay concludes (does not include one-off forgotten items) - $100



*Storage of personal items after stay concludes (does not include one-off forgotten items) - $200/day for a maximum of 3 days, in addition to fee, items go into lost and found on day 4.



*Missing/Damaged items - $10 admin fee + reasonable replacement cost



*Any additional service required that's not a result of normal use/wear & tear - at reasonable cost



*Pet fee - $100/stay. Maximum 2 pets under 50 pounds. Payable with reservation confirmation.



*Overnight guests over reservation count- $100/guest



*Highly recommend purchasing travel insurance! Google "travel insurance."
