"After having read the good reviews and seen pictures of the spa, we stayed here for two nights in a room downstairs in the main building. When we arrived we were very dissapointed!! The place call themselves a mountain spa resort, but it is a very run down place (the room is ok) with a big road between the lake (in picture it is right in front). The service is non existing and you cant buy anything before 9 pm when "dinner" is prepared in a microwawe in the restaurant. Barking dogs everywhere...

"We loved this hotel. Pablo at the front desk is the best. Hotel is modern, fresh, clean, with good beds and nice linens. Breakfast was good and pool nice. Location near Circuito Circo is great — and nice to be a bit away from the busyness of Bariloche. Good restaurants, hikes, Cerro Campanario are all close by! Enjoy! This area is gorgeous!!"

"Rigtig godt og moderne hotel med god beliggenhed tæt på hovedgaden og ud til søen. For lidt ekstra betaling kan man få et værelse med udsigt søen. Det valgte vi ikke at gøre og fortrød ikke, da man har samme udsigt fra morgenmadsrestauranten. Værelserne var store og velholdte. Personalet var rigtig flinke og hjalp os med at booke en tur ud til de 7 søer. Wifi var det bedste vi har oplevet i Argentina! Ville helt sikkert bo her igen."
