"When calling the hotel prior to check in, the customer service was absolutely delightful! The customer service agent I spoke to was pleasant, helpful and competent. Checking in was slow. We arrived late, about 1045 pm and waited 30 minutes in line to check in. Customer service agent at the desk was pleasant, but clearly overwhelmed with the tasks. The room we were staying in had clean sheets...thank goodness for that. The bathroom was dirty, hair in the shower drain and hair on the toilet,...

"Didn’t like we had to stay in an outdated building and had to walk to the main building for everything. Didn’t like that our keys didn’t work and we had to walk back to main building. Food at all the restaurants was good.. room was clean."

"My room was clean as can be. The hotel staff was helpful and polite. The restaurant was worth the money for the breakfast. This place has isnt the most up to date as it is an older location but it's worth the money and I felt safe during my stay. The event was well managed by the staff as there was several hundred attending. There were several tables set up to get food it made the process much faster and better than previous events I've attended. It was worth the stay."

The lobby is clean enough but you have to speak to someone on a screen in another country on something that resembles an ATM to check in which is a bit annoying but it was the least of our worries.
