Excellent location, private pool and parking:
House of 280m2 located in the center of Vilanova i la Geltrú only 2km from the beach and 40min from Barcelona. It is distributed over three floors with a large private outdoor area that has an 8x4m pool open all year round, garden, hammocks, barbecue, chill out area and play area with ping pong, basketball basket and soccer goal. On the ground floor there is a dining room, kitchen, toilet and access to the outdoor area. On the first floor you will find a king-size double bedroom suite with a private bathroom and terrace, two bedrooms with a double bed and an additional bathroom. The third floor consists of an open area with four single beds, sofa bed and a work area. It has a fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, ceiling fans, smartTV, Wi-Fi throughout the establishment, sheets/towels included and private garage. Key delivery takes place from 4:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. It is a smoke free property. At the check in you will be asked for the tourist tax and documentation. Groups under 30 years old are not allowed. Parties and/or similar events are expressly prohibited and under no exception. We will be at your disposal almost 24 hours a day for anything you may need during your stay.
