Our house is located in Pardelhas, a few kilometers from Vila Nova de Cerveira. A spectacular place for a family vacation. Great spaces, fully decorated. Very quiet and perfect for family vacations or with a group of friends. Please note that if you are traveling with a group of friends, we do not accept groups with an average age under 30 years.

This property is a large house in northern Portugal. A very quiet place, perfect for family or friends vacations. It has 4 bedrooms: 1 with a double bed and 3 bedrooms with 2 single beds each that can be joined to form a double bed. And finally, a large dormitory (with 3 triple bunk beds). Each bedroom (including the dormitory) has a private bathroom (5 in total). And there is a bathroom to serve the living room and "social support".

Depending on the number of guests, you will have access to different numbers of bedrooms.

The standard price in the listing will give access for 8 people (meaning you will have access to 2 bedrooms (4 people) plus the dormitory (4 single beds)), but I advise you to request a quote and I will provide a quote according to the distribution you mention in your request. However, the house will be exclusively for you because I will not book the house for more than one group of guests at the same time. You will be the only group of people staying on the entire property. From 14 people onwards, they will have access to all the bedrooms.

It has a spacious and bright living room, a dining room with seating for all guests; a kitchen (oven and ceramic hob, dishwasher, washing machine, refrigerator and freezer, microwave and other small appliances) overlooking the beautiful gardens of my property.

Outside: 4 hectares of property, which includes a wooded area and an orchard, with a natural lake with an old laundry tank (50 cm deep in summer) and a small stream, perfect for an unforgettable dinner on long, warm evenings. Summer.

Weber barbecue for outdoor dining.

Swimming pool (3x12 meters), with tables, parasols, chairs and sun loungers available. Usable when the weather is good, which is usually from May to October.

We also have a ping-pong table.

Included in the price are bed linen and bath towels, kitchen utensils and cleaning at the end of your stay. Wireless internet is also included, but please be aware that the internet is not fast as we are in a rural area.

Daily cleaning service available for an extra cost.

Surroundings: Between the river and the mountains, Vila Nova de Cerveira is located on the left bank of the Minho River, which forms the border with Spain, and borders the municipality of Valença to the northeast, Paredes de Coura to the east, Ponte de Lima to the south and Caminha to the south-southwest. There is a large supermarket in the town of Vila Nova de Cerveira, 8 km away. This town has all kinds of shops. The nearest café/restaurant is 2 km away. The best beach in the region (Praia de Moledo) is 19 km from the house.

How to get there: The house is located 94 km from Porto Airport and 7 km from Vila Nova de Cerveira Train Station. We recommend renting a car so you can explore all the beautiful places in the region and enjoy our great beaches. 25 km from Paredes de Coura (Indie Music Festival in the summer) and 60 km from the Peneda-Gerês National Park, also known simply as Gerês, is Portugal's only national park. The Spanish border is just 25 km away and the beautiful Spanish city of Vigo is 55 km away, giving you the opportunity to visit two countries on the same holiday.
