Please note that the entire outdoor area is shared with the owner, who lives in an adjacent house on the same property. A portion of the total turnover is used for nature conservation measures. Parking is available on the property and on the street. This property does not have air conditioning. Please note that the tap water is NOT suitable for drinking, as it is reused rainwater. It should only be used for showering, washing dishes, etc.
