CasAmica is a lovely mini vacation apartment in Vieste, along a pedestrian alley in the beautiful town center of the renowned Gargano town.
The3-bed studio is equipped with accessories such as air conditioning, washing machine, hair dryer, TV, iron and ironing board, coffee maker, electric oven and microwave.
Pets are allowed.

Vacation apartment CasAmica was born from the careful renovation of an old cottage in the center of Vieste completed in 2022.
Located
along a small pedestrian street, the house is furnished with new
furniture and picturesque decor elements, making it unique and cozy.
In
the one room there is the sleeping area furnished with double bed +
single sofa bed. The living area, beyond a partition wall, is complete
with a small kitchenette with all the essentials.
The house is completed by a shower room.
The surroundings of CasAmica in Vieste
The
vacation house CasAmica is in a fantastic location, in the very center
of the town, on a side street of Viale XXIV Maggio (the shopping street
in Vieste), only 250 meters from the maxi parking lot of the port and
400 meters from the beaches of Marina Piccola and Lungomare Europa.
All major services and all cultural and tourist attractions of the famous seaside town are within walking distance.

- An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Optional change upon request at euro 15 per person.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 14 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- There's a pub next to the apartment that plays music until midnight.
- Not particularly suitable for older people or families with very young children.
