"A super helpful staff that picks up the phone and helps out for a self check in hotel. Booked day of, had to change reservation like 3 times, and they helped me through it all. Room was super easy to get into, directions were smooth and simple, and the area was perfect. Right next to one of the most active parts of town, and a 8 minute walk from the Bio Bay tours. Be aware, there's no microwave in the room. AC worked amazing. Showers hot water lasted well, just don't blast it. "

"Scenic, starry night and amazing sunrise view. This is a tranquil and beautiful property secluded in the mountains, but not too far from anything the drive there is green and relaxing, and you may even see baby pigs! Staff made sure to make us feel at home. Look out for hairy aliens at night by the pool. Which was the friendly dog with night lights. "

"The room was clean and cozy. All the decorative pieces in the room looked really beautiful and thoughtful. The cottage was surrounded by many trees and the owner let us pluck a few mangoes from the ones next to pool. There were also pool towels and chairs available near the office room. A big shout out to the owner, who not only made us feel comfortable during our stay, but built such beautiful place."
