Ski gear can be stored in the storage room with ski boot warmers and the kitchen allows you to prepare your favourite dishes. Please note that one bedroom with bathroom is on the first floor. Three private parking spaces are at your disposal. Fantastic!

The well-known resort of Saalbach-Hinterglemm in the Glemmtal valley is a beautiful area for summer or winter holidays. From here, you can easily reach the various ski lifts of the top region of Saalbach-Hinterglemm-Leogang Fieberbrunn, with 270 km of ski runs. In summer, you can enjoy hiking, cycling and getting out into nature in the region. Also in Zell am See, visit the Zellersee where you can take a refreshing dip in the crystal-clear water, or hire a pedal boat for a day of entertainment
