Loose handles and such in general that just takes 5 minutes to turn an allen set screw. Holiday Inn Express rooms are consistently in good repair. All of those things I’ve listed I’ve seen at other hotels. "

"As soon as we walked in our room, roaches on the bed, roaches on the chair, roaches on the ceiling. A smashed spider on the wall looked like it had been there for days. We turned and walked out, left to find somewhere else to stay."

"I stayed the Saturday night after the hurricane and although no power or water it was a safe bed for the night. Massive thanks to the management team, a lovely couple who feed us and looked after the handful of people onsite in this very difficult time. As an Aussie this showed true USA spirit.
