"The hotel is clean and the staff provided excellent staff. The rooms are small. I was asked to pay again even though i had paid online before checking in. I was disappointed. Now i have to go through the hassle of filling claims for reimbursement. Not happy. "

"First of all, the rooms in this hotel looks nothing like what I saw on hotel.com.
