The restful bedroom suite features a Queen-sized bed, white linens, a black accent frame, and a spacious walk-in closet with custom shelving.

Essential Stay Details

One (1) dedicated parking space is included in your monthly rental at no additional cost. Most parking spots are tailored for standard-size vehicles; please let us know if you have a non-standard vehicle so we can ensure a proper fit.

A one-time departure cleaning fee of $290 is added at the time of booking. For your comfort, optional weekly or bi-weekly professional housekeeping services can easily be arranged on an hourly basis to suit your needs.

As a Canadian-based company, our baseline rates are listed in CAD. While some international platforms may auto-convert prices to USD, a clear, transparent breakdown showing both currencies will be provided on the final page before you confirm your booking. We accept direct payments from all major credit cards except American Express.

Important Policies and Notes

Effective May 1, 2024, the BC Government has set the minimum stay for rentals in British Columbia at 90 days. If you see the option to book a shorter stay, be aware that some platforms display this to show the breakdown of the monthly rate for this property. Rates shown are based on 12-month stays, but various other lengths of stay are offered. Please send us an email or a message via CheckedIn for a custom quote based on your preferred details.

All CheckedIn properties maintain a strict smoke-free environment. A $500 bylaw fine applies for smoking or vaping (including marijuana) anywhere inside the unit or the building premises.

We always recommend purchasing comprehensive trip cancellation insurance. Once confirmed, your reservation remains refundable (less a $175 administrative fee) up until 30 days before travel. Within 30 days of travel, the booking becomes 100% nonrefundable. For multi-month stays, no administrative fees are charged for schedule modifications, provided a 30-day written notice of your departure date is submitted in writing.
