Lovely villa with epic views
What a great villa, well located near Naples and just along the coast from Sorrento. The views are epic, over to Vesuvius, the Gulf of Napoli and Pompeii. Can easily see all the main attractive places, including Capri. The villa is very homely and has everything you need. Car parking is great, villa is in a nice quiet area with a lovely roof terrace and garden. Guilo and Alfonso were great hosts and even put us up in one of their other apartments nearer the airport as we had a late flight. The wee shop and cafe at the end of the road provides great snacks and essentials. We also went to the local Lidl and dined in the neighbouring town - Vico Equinese. Would absolutely recommend this villa. Grazie

Amazing place
The views are incredible! Pool was so refreshing, and I felt like I was at home! Beds were very comfortable and host was a pleasure to deal with! Next time I am in Italy, definitely staying there again!

Stunning views and wonderful host
The property is beautiful. The location is convenient and not directly in the center of town so less traffic. I would recommend a small car which is needed while staying there. Additionally the pool is a must. The property should be offered at a higher price with the pool because without this area to yourself it would not be as beautiful and with children a safety concern

Wonderful location but the house needs help
The house in a wonderful location with stunning views of Vesuvio and Naple's gulf, the garden and the swimming pool are beautiful, the host -Giulio- is solicitous and kind, and the neighboring town of Vico Equense is a delight. Inside however, the house is problematic, the bathrooms are old and barely passable, the kitchen is stocked with broken items, the refrigerator is primitive, and the house interior was not very clean. There were also no written instructions about the house and the area.

Well what to say, he was thanking all the time for the Villa during his stay, whatever he has requested was provided promptly. I have explained there was a huge storm before he came that made some damages, that we fixed urgently, but he said not to worry. The finish off works were done at his check out. Please read the next review, to check we have improved all minor problems we had.

Wonderful escape from the summer crowds
Giulio was an excellent host. His oasis provides a wonderful reprieve from the summer crowds and traffic. This holiday home provides beautiful views, immaculate pool, amazing outdoor living space and allows you to experience an outdoor shower (if you wish). Each day we looked forward to returning to a quiet space to lounge in the outdoor space and pool. Would return in a heartbeat!

The client arrived after a crazy weather in May, storms wind and a dramatic chaos. She was lucky to get at the property the very first moment all the mess stopped. We tried accommodating and cleaning all as quick as we could.

Where do I start, ok here we go The owner was incredibly the best host, lighting fast to respond to every text I sent him. I had my arrival times wrong, the owner went out of his way to make it happen. He then showed up with water fruit etc. the place was so clean. The views are beautiful. It’s a must stay !

Stunning views
The sunsets and daytime or night views from this property are amazing. The beds are comfortable. The a/c works well. We made side trips to Pompei, Sorrento, Capri, and even Positano was only an hour away by car. The property needs some maintenance and updating. The pool is gorgeous and we’ll maintained, but was too cold to use when we were there in October. The lawn was rough around the edges.. Flower beds were weedy. Kitchen cabinets were dusty. In fairness, Giulio was quick to send cleaners out when we complained. He was responsive and helpful.

Villa magnifique jardin d'Eden
Dream stay in this magnificent villa with swimming pool, an extraordinary garden and a breathtaking view.... We spent a dream week, access to Pompeï 30 minutes away, also note the beauty of the island of Capri . Favorite for Naples. Our family consisted of 5 people (4 adults and 1 teenager). Thank you for your welcome, a real favorite for this villa! Perfect !

Beautiful Property, Ideal Location
We had 6 people at this house - 4 adults and two children. The house was wonderful - the views were great, there was AC, a nice kitchen, the beds were comfortable and of course the pool was a big draw. It was close enough to Sorrento to visit, but far enough away that you didn't have to deal with the hordes of tourists. Our host, Giulio, was also very knowledgable. Would definitely stay again!

Beautiful views
The views from the roof top patios, pool, and terraces are simply amazing. The kitchen while updated with modern amenities, needs to be stocked adequately to cook meals. There were no mixing bowls, measuring tools, and odds and ends tools. The coffee pot was cracked and the toaster was broken. The pantry had some essentials (salt, pepper, olive oil), however the age of these items was questionable. A restocking of the kitchen items is needed. Overall the kitchen needs a good deep cleaning. Things were a bit grimy. The washer/dryer combo was super helpful as were the hair dryer and iron. Plenty of storage for clothes. There are several nearby grocery stores and restaurants. You definitely need a car to get to all but one or two restaurants. If you are a beach goer, several are super close. Beach towels are plentiful for use at the house. The pool is beautiful and warm. We opted to reserve it for ourselves and not share with neighboring villas. The security of the house with adjacent neighbors using the pool would be concerning. We were not aware that we would have to pay cash upfront for the private use of the pool. That $400 euro up front in cash would have been nice to know. It should’ve been included in the total house rental. Overall, it is a beach house showing some wear with a modern kitchen that needs restocked. The views are breathtaking and the location was perfect to beaches and the surrounding Amalfi coast cities. A car is essential to enjoy this area.

Regarding the esclusive swimming pool usage vs shared , it is well described on our advert and I have pointed it to you as soon as you booked when the cancellation was still free. Beautiful View
This is a nice house with an amazing view and pretty large pool that my 8 and 10 year old boys loved. Kind of out of the way if you don't have a car. The town is a little over a mile walk on a fairly busy road, but it is walkable. The host was very responsive and great at helping us get transportation to and from the train station. It was a great place to relax at the end of our vacation.

View is amazing
Rented this property for only a night and wish we stayed longer! The views from the house are spectacular throughout the day and night. The pool was the perfect way to cool down. There’s not much to do in the small town, but it was perfect for one night!

The absolute perfect rental experience!
This home was absolute perfection! The views were spectacular & all the amenities were exactly as described. We do not have one single complaint about this home & the property it sits on!! The owner Giulio was beyond helpful from day one of booking the rental through our entire stay. He went above & beyond to make sure every aspect of our stay there was wonderful! I would recommend this rental to all who want a perfect place to call home while visiting the Amalfi Coast!!

La villa est idéalement située à l'entrée de la côte Amalfitaine et à 30 minutes de Pompéi. Elle bénéficie d'une vue splendide sur le Vésuve, et d'une très belle terrasse. La maison en elle-même est très bien équipée et très confortable

Great week with great view of Vesuvius
We have spent a great week here. The house has great views of Mount Vesuvius and the island of Ischia. The pool and garden is great and you can easily reach Pompeii or Naples. Also a beach is only 5 minutes away from the house. In the house itself it lacks nothing it was all so far available. The settlement also ran smoothly and without problems.

SPECTACULAR!
Our family enjoyed a fantastic weekend at Villa Fienga. The views are truly amazing - SPECTACULAR! To the west is Sorrento and the peninsula. To the north is the bay of Naples and Vesuvius. The pool is perfect to cool off on a hot, sunny day. Lounge chairs on two different decks allows for great views and a bit of suntanning. :) Giulio was a perfect host and ensure our stay was just perfect. The villa is well stocked, clean and perfect for a family retreat. We had a great time on our first outing after the COVID-19 outbreak. This place is an absolute gem. Trust me - you will not be disappointed with this great property.

Prachtig gelocaliseerd, ruim appartement
Een ruim, schoon appartement met groot dakterras met zwembad en uitzicht op de golf van Napels en de Vesuvius. Prima locatie voor bezoeken aan Napels, Vesuvius, Pompeï maar ook de Amalfi kust. Een verswinkeltje in de buurt, maar geen restaurant (althans in februari gesloten), daarvoor moesten we toch een paar kilometer (file)rijden naar het drukke Vico Equense, Sorrento of naar Pompeï. Eigen parkeerplaats en ingang. Goede bedden, 2 douches, waarvan 1 douche wat klein. Ruime tafel en comfortabele zithoek. Ruim voldoende bestek en servies aanwezig. Nadelen waren bij ons dat de afstandsbediening van de video het niet deed, we konden alleen films en TV in het Italiaans zien. Hoewel koffie zetten op z'n Italiaans ook wat heeft, zou een koffiezetapparaat of senseo oid fijn zijn.

Beautiful spacious villa! Gorgeous views. Blankets/bedding were just okay. They weren’t “swanky” . The manager is VERY HELPFUL ...just ask! The outdoor space is fabulous. Primarily designed for 2 couples (my opinion). Great value Oh! Walk up up the driveway and there is a trail back to Vico Equense which was safe and a gorgeous hike.

Spectacular views!
Communication and transport assistance from Naples was fantastic. Achilles, who met us at the train station, delivered us to our home, also took us into town to do some grocery shopping. He was wonderful! The home is your own little bit of paradise. Once we found a great taxi driver, Alex, getting to and from various places became easy. Thank you for a wonderful stay. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Buiten een wereld plek
Beide terrassen met uitkijk op Capri en Vesuvius fantastisch. Zwembad beste wat we meegemaakt hebben. Echter binnenshuis wat aanmerkingen. Vaatwasmachine doet het niet. Douche (door kalk) geeft niet veel water waardoor het beter is buiten de douche te gebruiken (maar mogelijkheid tot inkijk). Overall doordat je buiten leeft en wegbent heerlijke plek

I don’t know what to say. First, this home is phenomenal. Just gorgeous. The pool is lush. The decks overlooking the Tyrrhenian Sea, Vesuvius. Incredible. The lights at night. The sunsets! Giulio and Achille were indispensable. Achille knocked himself out for us, was our transfer one day, really helped show us around. Just a very good, nice person - and Giulio too! Dream vacation
Where to begin... This villa has so many great qualities! The host met us upon check in and showed us everything needed for our stay. The hosts were extremely helpful throughout our stay. They answered every question, and even recommended 2 incredible restaurants that were close by. The villa is well appointed with everything we needed for the week. Morning coffee while taking in the sights of Mt. Vesuvius was a great way to start the day. There was a small market & restaurant for breakfast and lunch items at the bottom of the driveway, and a 5 star restaurant a short walk as well. We would highly recommend renting a car. It would be difficult to taxi in and out. Many local towns and sights are within 30 minutes to the property. We enjoyed visiting the sights during the day, and then coming back to our own private paradise on the side of the cliffs in the evenings. We are happy we found this gem of a property, and would highly recommend it for your next vacation. Thank you Giulio and Tatiana. We will be back someday!

What a beautiful villa in a stunning setting.

Fantastic Home
My wife, two kids, and I stayed here the week of May 14th and absolutely loved it. It was small but perfect for 4 people. The thing that was most impressive to us were the views. They show you one on VRBO, but there are "THREE" areas outside that are special. First is the obvious one in the picture, but there was also a beautiful one on top of the tile terrace where we ate breakfast every day with a view of Vesuvius. The third is outside the Master bedroom, where they have a courtyard with a wall of Jasmine that was in Bloom..... and with the doors open you could smell it throughout the house. Here's another thing we liked (being from the states) .... The four outside doors all had Louvered Shutter doors which you could close and lock, and still feel the night breezes flow through the house. We went to Vico Equense (sp) every morning and picked up fresh Crescents from the baker there, and ate there quite a few nights. Also, there is a hotel just below the home that has a Michelin Star Restaurant (Fantastic). There were two areas that I think they can improve: 1. A few more Towels since there is a pool, maybe 2 per guest+ a few hand towels and kitchen dish towels? 2. Better directions (the place is hard to find.... Use Google Earth before you go. My best endorsement: I would stay here again, and recommend to my friends and family.

Tolles Apartment!
Wir (2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder (2 und 4 Jahre) verbrachten hier im Mai 6 wunderschöne Tage. Es ist zwar etwas schwer zu finden, aber wenn man dann da ist, kann man die Zeit mit dem traumhaften Ausblick genießen! Tolle Gastfreundschaft von Guiseppe!
