Apartment 'La Terrazza di Elisabetta' with Private Terrace, Balcony and Air Conditioning

Located in Viareggio, Tuscany, this bright 90 m² apartment on the second floor can accommodate up to 4 people in 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (one full and one half bath). You will find a recently renovated space with new furnishings, king-size beds with new mattresses, and a sofa bed. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, dishwasher, microwave, and coffee machine; air conditioning in all rooms and a 50-inch TV ensure your comfort.



You can step out onto your spacious private terrace overlooking the pine forest, furnished with table, chairs, and umbrella for pleasant summer dinners. Both covered and uncovered terraces are available, as well as a private balcony.



Parking is available on the street, but it may be difficult to find a spot on weekends in June and July. The apartment does not have an elevator.



Pets are not allowed and smoking is not permitted inside; parties are not allowed. Please pay special attention to children on the terrace.



The apartment is in a quiet area, only 450 metres from the beach and 400 metres from shops and supermarkets. Nearby you will find the famous beaches of Viareggio, the promenade, Pietrasanta with its art and nightlife, and Forte dei Marmi. Art cities such as Pisa with the Leaning Tower, Lucca, and the Cinque Terre are easily reachable. Excellent restaurants surround the area.



The owners live on site, but not in the booked apartment. Cleaning service is available during your stay on request and for an extra fee. You can also recharge your electric vehicle on site, on request and for an extra cost. Cot and high chair are provided on request.
