It is a flat located inside the condominium, 80 metres from the sea , it has a nice condominium space where you can park your bicycles, there is no reserved parking space.

The location, with a sea view, practically bordering on the Grand Hotel Principe di Piemonte, is in the only street with a sea view, surrounded by a set of residential streets full of vegetation.

The location

In the Marco Polo district, facing the sea.
Tennis courts and paddle courts are nearby, about 14 KM away there is also a golf course in Forte dei Marmi.
A few metres away there is the main street of Viareggio where the carnival parades take place, on the promenade you will find the signs of the big brands, at about 1 KM you will also find the nearest supermarket.

For those who want to reach the coast, the local public beach, the sailing club and the typical restaurant on the seafront can be reached in 1 minute walk, just cross the street.

The flat is 30 minutes\' drive from Lucca and 1 hour and 30 minutes\' drive from Florence, making it an ideal location for those seeking a summer getaway to the coast and, at the same time, proximity to these world-famous Tuscan cities.
