"I couldn’t fault the hotel — it was perfect. We travelled from Scotland on an overnight flight and arrived very early, around 9 a.m. Although check-in was at 3 p.m., the staff kindly allowed us to check in early so we could rest, which we really appreciated. I was visiting Jeddah for my niece’s wedding, and the whole experience was wonderful. "It's a nice hotel. Very new and very stylish. However, their breakfast service could have been better. The staff seemed uninterested in checking on the guests, and also forgot requests made by guests. The breakfast area was clean, comfortable and spacious. The cut fruits were delicious - amongst the best I have had in a long time. But other breakfast items were very average. Surprisingly, their in-room dining service was excellent.
